PGY2 Pharmacy Residents

Molly Hunt, PharmD
PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Hunt is originally from Maryville, Tennessee. She received her Doctor or Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed her PGY1 training at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Her professional interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and academia. After residency, she plans to obtain a position as a clinical specialist in critical care medicine at an academic medical center as well as a clinical faculty position with a college of pharmacy. In her spare time, Molly enjoys hiking, singing, and spending time with her friends, family, and cat O’Malley.

Maura Jones, PharmD
PGY2 Pharmacotherapy Resident

Dr. Jones is originally from Frostburg, Maryland. She attended Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania and received her undergraduate degree in chemistry before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy – University of the Sciences. Her professional interests include family medicine, academia, and internal medicine. In the future, she hopes to obtain a clinical pharmacist position at an academic medical center and serve as a clinical faculty member at a school of pharmacy. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, spending time with her friends, family, and dog, and trying new foods!

Kim Keller, PharmD
PGY2 Internal Medicine Resident

Dr. Keller is originally from Ten Mile, Tennessee. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her professional interests include internal medicine, cardiology, and ambulatory care. Upon completion of her PGY2 residency, she hopes to obtain a clinical pharmacist position at an academic medical center. In her free time, she enjoys biking, reading, drinking coffee, cheering on the Vols football and Lady Vols basketball teams, and spending time with her fiancé, family, and cats, Simba and Pumba.

Hayley Tatro, PharmD
PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Tatro is originally from San Diego, California and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. She attended University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for her undergraduate degree before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her professional interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and toxicology. In the future, she hopes to obtain a clinical pharmacist position in an emergency department or intensive care unit. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, watching the Green Bay Packers, and playing with her cat, Meeko.

Ashley Condon, PharmD
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Condon is originally from Merritt Island, Florida. She attended the University of South Florida for her B.S. degree in Biology before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Her professional interests include critical care, cardiology, and internal medicine. She plans to pursue a PGY2 Residency in one of her areas of interests, and to obtain a clinical pharmacist position at an academic medical center. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring local restaurants and breweries.

Grace Cooksey, PharmD
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Cooksey is originally from Kennesaw, Georgia. She completed her prerequisite courses and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia. Her professional interests include critical care and infectious disease. She plans to pursue a PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in one of her areas of interest. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the dawgs.

Corey Guidry, PharmD
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Born and raised in Raceland, Louisiana, Dr. Guidry earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) before pursuing his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe College of Pharmacy. His professional interests include internal medicine, infectious disease, pharmacogenomics, and academia. He hopes to complete a PGY2 in internal medicine, practice as a clinical pharmacist in an academic medical center, and ultimately obtain a faculty position at a College or School of Pharmacy. In his spare time, he enjoys the occasional game of tennis, testing new recipes in the kitchen, and repeatedly watching his favorite TV shows (mostly Frasier) on Netflix. He is excited to explore all that Knoxville has to offer and can’t wait to see the beautiful colors of Fall in East Tennessee!

Brandon Houseman, PharmD
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Houseman is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Indiana University prior to receiving his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati. His professional interests include critical care, infectious disease, and solid organ transplant. His future goals include pursuing a PGY2 position in an area of his interest and obtaining a clinical pharmacist position at an academic medical center. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring downtown with friends, seeing live music, and biking around South Knoxville.

Blake Johnson, PharmD, MPH
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Johnson is originally from Fayetteville, Tennessee. He attended Samford University for his undergraduate coursework before receiving his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy and College of Health Sciences. His professional interests include pursing a PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care and obtaining a clinical pharmacist position in an ambulatory care clinic affiliated with a college of pharmacy. In his free time, he enjoys road trips, exploring Knoxville, and Vols football.

Sarah Catherine Pearson, PharmD
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Pearson is originally from Pineville, Louisiana. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe College of Pharmacy. Her professional interests include internal medicine, transitions of care, medical missions and academia. She plans to pursue a PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency and obtain a clinical position at an academic medical center. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, playing tennis, spending time with family and friends, and reading (for fun) while sipping coffee on a rainy day.

Jordan Perrine, PharmD
PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Perrine is from a military family but grew up primarily in Warner Robins, Georgia. She attended Mercer University for her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Business before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her professional interests include academia, pediatrics and critical care. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and taking her dog to explore new dog parks.
