University Breast Center (UBC) is committed to the early detection of breast cancer through the latest in screening technologies, education, and treatment. An optimal breast health program includes yearly physical exam and annual mammography screening.  For many women, there is a feeling of anxiety that something may be found in the breast. Our Team


We offer experienced board certified and fellowship trained radiologists who specialize in breast imaging and diagnostic procedures to rule out or diagnose breast cancer. Our staff includes registered technologists with specialized certification in mammography, ultrasound and clinical breast exam.

We provide all aspects of breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and Breast Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI). Our providers also perform stereotactic, ultrasound and MRI-guided percutaneous biopsy procedures. Our equipment is state-of-the-art including full field digital mammography, ultrasound systems and tomosynthesis.

To achieve the ACR Gold Standard of Accreditation, our facility's personnel qualifications, equipment requirements, quality assurance, and quality control procedures have gone through a rigorous review process and have met specific qualifications. It's important for patients to know that every aspect of the ACR accreditation process is overseen by board-certified, expert radiologists and medical physicists in advanced diagnostic imaging.
