Prenatal Yoga is an ideal form of exercise during pregnancy. It includes stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and breathing practice and can easily be adapted for each trimester and fitness level. Class sessions are kept small and will be individually structured to meet the unique needs of each expectant mother by an experienced and certified yoga instructor. Each class will last approximately forty-five minutes. Sessions fill quickly and registration can be completed by submitting the form below.
Classes meet from 5:45pm - 6:30pm in the Fitness Center - Ground Floor of the Heart, Lung, Vascular Institute.
6 week series - $50
Jan. 18, 25, Feb. 1, 8, 15, 22
