“The doctor's bedside manner needs improvement. My wait time in the waiting area was very acceptable but once I was placed in the exam room with just a gown on, I had to wait quite a while before I was seen. I had a pap smear performed but apparently not enough cells were collected so I am scheduled for a no-charge follow-up appointment. I also was not given any warning about parking in the garage and how to get to the office at the hospital. My follow-up appt will be at a different location so hopefully the parking will be better.”
