Do we deliver to patient rooms? Yes. No extra cost to deliver within the hospital, with a few exceptions - see below.
Please note: If the patient is in a special unit they most likely will not be able to have anything delivered to them.
Do we do special orders? Yes. If we are out of stock of an item or you would like us to order something special that we may not carry, we will be happy to get you the information on the item and call you back. Please make sure you leave your name and phone number so we can call you with the information.
Which credit cards do we accept? MasterCard and Visa.
We will accept your return within 30 days provided you have your register receipt/credit card receipt. Exemptions: edibles (i.e. candies,chips cookies, cakes, ice cream, etc.), open packages (i.e. underwear, booties, any item that has been packaged), books/magazines.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been placed it will be delivered very quickly. Once we have verified the patient is here, volunteer delivers the order. Once it is delivered it cannot be cancelled.
