“Dr. Gotcher, and his entire staff (at least the ones I have encountered) make up one of the best medical practices I have ever encountered. Dr. G is completely transparent with everything he does, he definitely has my best interest at heart, and maybe most of all, he has inspired me to have complete confidence in him. Clearly his attitude has rubbed off on his staff, because all the ones that I have dealt with are wonderful. I have already told all my friends about this medical practice.”

“After I disputed the surgery site, apparently the nurse nor medical intern bought this information to Dr. Gotcher's attention. When Dr. Gotcher visited my bedside the surgery was not discussed. The staff joked with Dr. Gocher about marking surgical site. My surgical site is inside of my mouth making it difficult for marking. The surgical site should have been directly to left of my uvula. This surgery was performed on the roof of my mouth- which was never discussed. Therefore, a wrong surgical site occurred.”
