“Lack of respect for patients time. Once put into a room I waited an hour for the NP. There was no communication upfront that the provider was running behind or how long an anticipated wait was going to be. No one e er came to check in and at one point I questioned if I had been forgotten. My husband had to leave my OB appointment to return to work due to the wait and my manager contacted me because the appointment was taking much longer than anticipated. I appreciate the provider taking her time once she did enter the room, and she did apologize for the wait, but it is not fair to leave a patient in a room for an hour plus with no check in or communication.”
