2024 Year in Review

A season of gratitude

As we reflect on the past year, we are profoundly grateful for the kindness and generosity of those who have supported The University of Tennessee Medical Center and the UT Graduate School of Medicine. Your philanthropic commitment continues to inspire us as we deliver exceptional care to our patients every day.

This year, we were honored to receive numerous recognitions, including Newsweek’s list of Best Maternity Hospitals 2024 and Forbes’ list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2024. We continue to be designated as a Magnet® hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for outstanding patient care and nursing excellence—the highest honor a hospital can receive for nursing care. These awards are just a few highlights of the many recognitions we received in 2024, reflecting our commitment to delivering comprehensive, compassionate and inclusive care while fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment for our team members.

As the region’s academic health system in East Tennessee, we offer a range of specialized services, including Level I Trauma Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the region’s only Transplant Center. These services and programs are made possible through your support, which enables us to recruit and train expert health care professionals, drive impactful research and continuously improve the quality of care we provide to our patients.

As 2024 comes to a close, we invite you to consider a year-end gift to support our impactful initiatives. Your generosity is essential in propelling our mission to serve through healing, education and discovery. Together, we can continue to provide cutting-edge medical care, train future health care leaders and expand our research programs, ensuring a healthier future for our community. Thank you for your continued partnership and for making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

With gratitude,
