I speak for all of the exceptional team members and providers at UT Medical Center and University Health System Inc., when I say we are totally committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and outstanding customer service to you—our patients—and your families.

The hospital is a major medical center, providing superior care, treatments and health care support to residents of the East Tennessee region. Through our three-fold mission of patient care, and discovery, we touch many lives in the region.

But in this complex maze of medicine, we also want to provide a human touch—one filled with caring and compassion.

We want to hear from you, and we welcome your comments and observations. Please contact us by phone, letter or email. Your comments will be shared in order to improve our goal of exceptional patient satisfaction.

As a way to help us assess how we are doing, we measure the satisfaction of our patients by randomly selecting them to receive our survey. If you receive one of our surveys in the mail, please take the time to complete the survey and return it.
