Please visit the Outpatient Registration Department in the Heart Hospital from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. When you arrive, check in at the red kiosk and select the button that says, "Open Enrollment." A specialist will be happy to assist you.
Open Enrollment runs from Nov. 1, 2023-Jan. 15, 2024.
