June is Cancer Survivors Month and today we celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day®, a day of accomplishment, resilience, and unwavering hope. It's a day where we honor the courage of individuals like Susan, whose journey through the shadows of cancer has illuminated countless lives with hope and inspiration.
Susan was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and it resurfaced again in 2018. Throughout the grueling years of her cancer journey she has been sustained by the unwavering support of her family, Dr. John Bell and her caregivers at The University of Tennessee Medical Center Cancer Institute.
