“Heena was not kind to me. She did not show any concern or understanding of my situation and she treated me like I was a person from a textbook. It was obvious to me (this is an educated assumption) that she has never had a wight problem , and that she is possibly burnt out. She didn't listen to me , and I left this appointment with no clarity at all , I was crying by the end of it because it felt useless. Both appointments I had with Heena Patel were not beneficial to me , she just doesn't have a good bedside manner at all.”

“The physician stated to me that sometimes in your life you have discomforts and have to deal with it. He treated me as if I was a just looking for pain meds. I have had this discomfort and pain for over 20 years and was only seeking answers for my umbilical hernia. If surgery was not an option, that is all he had to say and I would have been fine with that.”
