“I was not feeling well and Dr. Webb dismissed my issues. I had white patches in my throat, ear pain, etc. And he did not even want to give me a strep test. He explained a "formula" he uses to determine if someone has strep and said I had essentially, a 0% chance of having it. I explained my history of chronic sinus issues, 2 sinus surgeries and how I end up with bronchitis if infections are left untreated. He was unsympathetic and said if it's strep, an infection, etc., it would more than likely resolve Itself and no treatment was needed. As I was leaving, I expressed my concerns to a nurse who then went back to him to share that she felt I needed to be tested. It was only at that point did he test me, which turned out positive. He questioned everything my previous doctors had done and didn't want to treat me for anything at all. His attitude was very condescending and the only care he gave me was instructions to follow up in 2-3 months. I was going to switch myself and my daughter to Dr. Webb, in hopes of us having the same doctor. Following my visit, I immediately stopped the release of both our records to him and frankly, never want to see him again. He kept checking his phone and ended up leaving mid-visit to go downstairs and get his child, who he said was sick. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, worried about his child or what the deal was but it was a horrible visit. I will tell everyone I know to avoid him.”
