“Dr Towe has an excellent. He listened to my ramble of why I was changing PCP and what my concerns were. He answered questions that were previously ignored or brushed off by my prior PCP. He discussed next steps, took notes, and set proper expectations of what would happen next. In his after appointment notes that were provided (I LOVE THESE BY THE WAY) he set great expectations on when I would hear back about the labs. Even advised of what referrals he has placed for me (mammogram and colonoscopy). I have never received after appointment notes from prior PCPs and this helped me understand what was going to happen next AND he didn't use medical terminology that would require me to google. Did I mentioned he is a great listener and actually did an excellent job of making me feel heard. Also liked the fact that he conveyed the lab results within the time frame provided in the notes from the appointment (not a nurse and general office staff) and did so via email. Appreciated that he conveyed the results and if any prescription changes were required in the email and explained why changes weren't needed in other areas. [...]”
