Your first visit will be held in our office which is located in Building D, Suite 474.

Education is a key part of our mission. Your care will always involve an attending pain physician, but residents do take part in most evaluations and participate in most procedures.

When you arrive, our clinic staff will check you in. Please bring a photo ID and your insurance cards with you.

Our team provides accurate diagnoses and targeted treatment for all causes of chronic pain. Our comprehensive approach includes:

• Medication management
• Injections/procedures
• Physical therapy and other indicated referrals
• Psychosocial/behavioral counseling

As you enter the hospital campus, the first building on your right is Building D. Stay in the right lane; turn right at the first intersection, and parking garage D will be immediately on your right. Take the elevator to the fourth floor and turn left.
