This series meets on 3 consecutive Thursday nights - April 25, May 2, & 9. One ticket enrolls two people for the entire series. These classes prepare you and your support person for the final stages of pregnancy, labor, childbirth and caring for yourself after delivery. Learn more about when to go to the hospital, comfort techniques, pain management options as well as breathing and relaxation.

This class promotes successful breastfeeding by helping you and your partner understand normal behaviors of breastfeeding infants.
