Each time I presented a question or concern I felt that it was quickly brushed aside or deemed "normal" rather than her listening and understanding. Additionally, when informed about me having asthma that comes when I get sick (not currently sick) and that I needed a new inhaler, she ordered a cough prescription instead. I felt like she didn't really give time to hear what I was actually needing.”
