Offering a lidocaine shot that is advertised by your staff is being MORE PAINFUL THAN THE PROCEDURE ITSELF is NOT an acceptable pain management solution. Woman _____ better. It is 2023 and our pain is real. Please update and improve your practices. Oh! Also! My pap smear result were inconclusive because she let a student do the procedure, so it was a waste of my time. Patients deserve more respect. And a higher quality of care.”
