Questioned my prescriptions and the knowledge of my prescribing doctor - made me feel bad for defending my medications - asked me if I "worked in the medical field" because I knew what my meds did? Awful experience. Parking alone is enough to drive me find another provider. I have been coming for 3 years and do not feel comfortable w/any provider. my provider was dismissive of my concerns about the pain of a colonoscopy - and I fine it barbaric and misogynist that you do NOT offer real pain care. Offering a lidocaine shot that is advertised by your staff is being MORE PAINFUL THAN THE PROCEDURE ITSELF is NOT an acceptable pain management solution. Woman _____ better. It is 2023 and our pain is real. Please update and improve your practices. Oh! Also! My pap smear result were inconclusive because she let a student do the procedure, so it was a waste of my time. Patients deserve more respect. And a higher quality of care.
