“Dr. Bullen came in, didn't say hello, or express any concern for why I came in which was because, I recently had a hysterectomy with Dr. Shirk (who was out of town), and I was having severe pain, unable to walk for 3 days and had an infection at my incision sight. He did not listen to me, was combative verbally and then told me I had to have a pelvic exam, of which I refused, bc I felt violated after being exposed in the post op area immediately after surgery. Also,, I was told, "Absolutely nothing in the vagina, for any reason." When I told him that, he told me. "That's only for sex," In a very nasty, harsh demeaning, almost yelling tone. He looked at my incision sight, offered only antibiotics, but did not address my pain level or offer any other solutions or tests. He was nasty, rude, demeaning, hateful and was prepared to put me through pain and humiliation despite what one of his fellow physicians told me. Horrible man, horrible experience. One of the worst I've ever had in my life.”
