I grew up in Knoxville and studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Tennessee. After completing my undergraduate degree, I worked for the American Red Cross in Southern California. I completed medical school at VCOM in Blacksburg Virginia and returned to Knoxville, TN for my residency in Family Medicine.
