Dr. Courtney Gutman received her MD from Medical College of Georgia. She attended Pediatric residency at UAB then her Neonatal Fellowship at Vanderbilt. Since 2013 she has practiced Neonatology at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville with Regional Neonatal Associates and as an assistant professor in the department of OB/GYN at UTMCK. She is the state leader for TIPQC's Safe to Sleep state project. At UTMCK her focus is on optimizing nutrition and clinical care. She also enjoys teaching and is the medical student course instructor for newborn care. She lives in Knoxville with her husband and their three children and 2 dogs. Family, travel, and enjoying the outdoors are her passions outside of work.
