Dr. Johnson finds great satisfaction in following patients long-term in their cardiovascular healthcare and developing relationships with them and their families. Dr. Johnson has four children: Jonathan, Joseph, Joshua, and Jenna. In his spare time Dr. Johnson enjoys running, reading, and is a proud University of Tennessee Volunteers fan. He is also a songwriter and piano player, and has been very involved in church music for most of his life. Dr. Johnson is a regular supporter of the Knox Area Rescue Ministries and plays an active role in his church.
