Dr. Lacy was raised in Clarkseville, Georgia, and received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. He subsequently completed his surgical internship and urology residency at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky. Following his residency, he took a clinical fellowship position in Male Genitourology Reconstruction and Prosthetics at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Clinical Focus:
Dr Lacy’s primary clinical interests are male urethral reconstruction (urethroplasty), cancer survivorship, male stress urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, penile curvature (Peyronie’s disease), genital reconstruction
