After graduating with my BSN, I started working as a staff nurse at UT in the Ortho/Trauma Unit then transferred to the Renal/ Transplant unit. I then worked as a transplant coordinator for 15 years before obtaining my masters degree. Transplant nursing has been my passion for most of my career.
