My 'primary care passions' include helping individuals of all ages lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. My approach to care is centered around prevention, and I firmly believe in the power of lifestyle changes—nutrition, exercise, and mental wellness—to help patients maintain optimal health throughout their lives. I have a particular interest in women’s health, child and adolescent care, and geriatrics. Whether I’m working with a young child, supporting a woman in every stage of life, or helping older adults manage their health, I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and their families. Outside of medicine, I enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with my four children and my husband. I look forward to partnering with you on your health journey, and together, we can create a plan that works best for you and your family.
