Teen Volunteers are people ages 15-17 who want to help their community and gain valuable skills through volunteering.
All Teen Volunteers must:
- Complete the teen volunteer application. (The application period opens at 8 a.m., January 31, and will close once the program is full).
- Attend the informational session with a parent.
- Commit to a one-week volunteer period with no absences.
- Attend the mandatory orientation session.
- Complete all necessary forms.
VolunTEEN Program Dates
Hours are 8 a.m.-noon
Teens may attend only one session. Sessions will be filled first come, first served. You may not get your first choice, so consider an alternate week.

- July 7-11
- July 21-25
Parent Meeting
Participate in virtual informational meeting for student and parent or guardian at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Apr. 3.
Mandatory Orientation (No Exceptions)
- 1-3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 28
TB Screening (No Exceptions)
At the time of orientation, students must show record of a negative QuantiFERON (QFT) Tuberculosis test collected from your physician within the last three months.
For any screening with a positive result, a chest X-ray showing no active pulmonary disease must be performed prior to orientation.
