Fitness Evaluations
Your medical history and fitness goals will be reviewed and an individual exercise program will be created for you. This exercise program/ routine can be for you to do at the Fitness Center, your home or another workout facility, whatever will best meet your needs. Come dressed to go through a light exercise routine as we show you how to do the prescribed exercises and use equipment properly. Allow 60-75 minutes.
Fitness Testing
This is a great way to see what your baseline fitness level is and how you compare to the American College of Sports Medicine norms for your gender and age group. Testing includes resting blood pressure, heart rate, weight, hip to waist ratio, body composition, cardiovascular and muscular endurance and flexibility. Allow for 30-45 minutes.
Fitness Testing with Exercise Prescription
All of the Fitness Testing will be performed during this appointment with the addition of having an individualized exercise routine put together for you based on your testing results. Come dressed to go through a light exercise routine as you will be shown how to do the prescribed exercises and use the equipment properly. Allow for 60-90 minutes.
