Overview
Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) uses ultrasound, electronic imaging or CT technology to pinpoint a tumor location daily, before each treatment. This technology allows our team to make adjustments to the treatment region when there is movement, such as breathing or digestion. High-resolution, 3-D images help guide therapy to the tumor site.
