Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) BIG is a research-based exercise treatment for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. Those living with Parkinson’s often move with smaller and slower body movements. This exercise program helps restore normal movement patterns and improved function for those with Parkinson’s Disease. LSVT BIG can be beneficial during any stage of Parkinson’s. We work with your case manager, adjustor and doctor to help coordinate the best possible care to return you back to work. Physical therapy will initially focus on acute injury while progressing you back to work related and functional tasks. This may include a Functional Capacity Evaluation, work conditioning program, specific work ergonomic training and a job-site analysis.
